Its been a very long time since I read any of the books, but you managed to catch the essence of them perfectly. I've always enjoyed your rather sideways sense of humour and this fic displays it to perfection.

Your Wooster voice is absolutely perfect! And the inclusion of Sonnenblume is an excellent touch. As is Aunt Agatha finally getting what was always coming to her. (Which oddly enough, I don't ever remember happening in the series ;)
I've been meaning to read this for some time now. And now that I (finally!) have I wish I hadn't taken so long. It's truly masterful. You've got Bertie and Jeeves perfectly in voice and the integration of Georgie's archaeological work into her watcher duties is brilliant. I loved Bertie's encounters with the vampires, trying to be polite and move on. Then there's the masterplot, to kill or recruit Jeeves. Best part, I thought though, was Bertie saying he should have had the privelege of offing Aunt Agatha. Don't suppose he'd inherit now would he ?
Anyway, brilliantly done - I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you.
No, the Worplesdon inheritance but not the title will go to the awful daughter. However, in his life of Jeeves C. Northcote Parkinson says that Bertie inherits his Uncle George's title when he dies and then marries (his first her second) Bobbie Wickham, whose red hair and fiery temprament have both faded a bit in middle age. (And aren't I a sad Wodehouse fanboy for knowing that!) Happy Christmas.

Brilliant pastiche. It's a shame that I won't be voting for it in the TtH Awards because it has the misfortune to be in the same category as two even more brilliant fics. If it had been in the 'Television' category (and there would have been some justification for that as there have been several televised versions most recently 'Jeeves and Wooster' starring Steven Fry and Hugh Laurie) it would have had my vote for sure.

I thank you for your esteem (while grinding my teeth at your no-doubt principled decision) but television?
'No good will come of this invention: the word is half Latin and half Greek!'

Great story. It has been years since I read any of the Jeeves stories but you have their voices right on. Bertie being a complete idiot and Jeeves to the rescue. Your blending in of the slayer-verse was seamless and masterful. Thank you very much for sharing this story.

Vogonguard, this is truly a masterpiece! You have achieved a pitch-perfect imitation of PG Wodehouse's style, and the integration of the Buffyverse elements is flawless. That Jeeves would have been involved with the Watcher's Council seems so obvious in hindsight. And as for the ending -
“What about Aunt Agatha?” ”I very much regret, sir, that I have despatched her Ladyship.” ”With one of those stake thingummies?” ”No, sir. A decapitating blow with the dinner gong, sir.”
Perfection! Couldn't have happened to a nicer Aunt ...

You decapitated Aunt Agatha with a dinner gong. Bravo! Bravo I say! Splendid, top hole and indeed spiffing! You may have guessed I rather like this fic. An inspired crossover; we need more of this sort of thing. KUTGW
