Very authentic characterizations and plausible, original storyline.
THANK YOU for telling off Dinozzo. I love his character, but bleep I want to smack him for the way he's constantly treating Tim. Tim is SO superior an agent in so many ways. Thanks for that and all the other wonderful bits.

Recently rediscovered this story posted on another site. Remembered how much I enjoyed what you created-was wondering if this McGee had time to become Thom E. Gemcity? That would certainly make having a child easier later...was wondering a bit about the time line thought. By my (admittedly pathetic) math, Tim would have been at the SGC a little under 2 months when he was best man, and the mom died three months after that? Does that mean the little boy was born around the time of the wedding? Suddenly I am seeing one of those cliched hospital scene where the mom refuses to deliver until after they are married...obviously too many Lethal Weapon marathons! Hope to see more soon...

This is really good! You made a great point, Tony does torment him and I can see how working with someone like SG-1 would be a welcome break. (They might tease you a little, but nothing serious). I'm really looking forward to seeing what Tim does with a small child to raise and were he is going to work from now on.

Wonderful. I sadly have to agree Tim would do better at SGC than NCIS simply because of the lack of teasing and many of the other things that were stated in this fic. You did an excellent job in getting everyone's character perfect well done. I Have to wonder now that Tim is a guardian of a very very young child will he chose to leave SGC and return to NCIS or will he stop off world trips? I have to say that for not having a bata you did an excellent job yourself. More soon of this wonderful fic please.

Great story so far. I can't wait to find out what actually happened to McGee's father and what he's going to do now that he has a child to look after. Update with more soon, please!
Oh, the plot is thickening nicely again. More, more, more, please? I like Daniel and McGee being brothers and working together, so I'm always delighted when I find that a new chapter has been posted. I hope your schedule and muse will allow you to write and post more chapters sometime soon. Keep up the good work. Zafaran {mailto:} zafaran {at} fastmail {dot} fm
Oooh, very enjoyable! I've just gone and got myself an NCIS-obsession, but have been in the Gateverse for a very long time, so am having a blast reading this crossover!
Nice use of Ducky as a less-anxious interviewer (one without quite as much history or intense interest in getting Tim back to NCIS, so he could take a calmer, more encouraging tone with McGee).

Can't wait for Gibbs to find out that McGee ate dinner at a Major General's house, and was served steak by said General. And that he has a brother involved in a top secret project ;)
