Very interesting. I can't quite tell who the character is, to me it seems as if it could be one of a handful... which is very neat. I liked the phrasing when describing the useless wood kept out of habit, but I found the idea of wizards sitting and talking in Starbucks (specifically) to be a little bit odd.

I thought the talk about Voldemort made it quite clear that it was Harry through whose eyes we see the world.
As for Starbucks, maybe it's about how even Wizards can't avoid its all-encompassing tentacled reach... or maybe it's about how the dare to speak of some thing only in the most muggle of places, too scared...
