Please , please update! It's such a waste to let this perfectly good story end!
It's very good!!!
Comments from author:
Thank you and there's more plotted for this story, but the process of getting it from thoughts to paper is proving harder then I'd anticipated. Thank you for taking the time to review!

I love the twist on why Ruby fixes the Colt, verra nice. I have to say, even though you've killed off (essentially) my girl and even my geek-love Andrew, I'm lovin' this dark piece. Everything is fitting together so nicely. It's gripping. And I'm sooo looking forward to the next chapter (and not just because I know who dies next *smoochies*).
Pol
btw, I warned you that you were going to be getting a lot of review love from me now that I've got all this time to catch up on my reading. :D

Well the Colt working and in Sam and Dean's hands would make it so that a lot of demons that would possibly oppose Lilith's rule are dead and gone. The enemy of thy enemy is thy friend. ;)
I like this 'verse too and not just because I'm killing off main characters but because I think it's different than any story I've every attempted and it's always good to know that others like it too.
Stunning, my sweetie, simply stunning. And lush. I loved the way you've detailed this story. My only wish, if I may be so bold as to express it, ;) is that the story continue and we be allowed to see what happens to the waiting world.
Maybe someday?
In any case, thank you for writing this, and thank you for sharing it.
I loved it. Every bit.

*blushes* Thank you! High praise from an author I respect and adore. *hugs*
And no worries this story is going to be continued and dip deeper into the SPN'verse and the Angel side of things (my muse seems to adore Illyria). I have plans and a rough outline but nothing set in stone other than the big bad and such. Though I might pick your brain on that one a bit. ;)
I'm so happy you liked this one 'cause it's quickly becoming my favorite. *snuggles* Thank you again for the review love!

I admit to liking the new Buffy/Lilith. I'm glad that she has Ruby to be with her and I love the "make it quick" with a smile as she ordered the drivers death. I am rarely a Dawn fan and feel that TPB/Monks really screwed Buffy by making The Key her sister to care for (and die for). I do appreciate the fact that Lilith/Buffy found Dawn irritating and wanted revenge for all the trouble Dawn brought her. Loved the ending: “Buffy,” was whispered one last time before her screams fell on deaf ears."
Comments from author:
I like Lilith too. I think that makes me a little evil since she's so far killed two of the BtVS characters I like. I had a problem with Dawn in season 5, kinda understood her point of view in season 6 and then thought she was a much more interesting character in season 7. In other words she grew on me but I thought her death would be the quickest and easiest way for people to know that this isn't Buffy and there's nothing left of her but memories. *shrugs* No matter how annoying we found Dawn, Buffy loved her and would (did) die for her.
Glad you liked this next installment and don't be too surprised if Ruby sticks around for another ficlet or two. Thank you for taking the time to review!
You did a wonderful job describing how Willow felt when the bond with Buffy was torn asunder. Very brutal and sad..I think the chapter's title says it all.. At least Willow accepts that Buffy is gone and can't be brought back.
Comments from author:
Thank you! And yeah, these little ficlets will more than likely be sad until I delve into the Supernatural'verse more. I have long range plans but as I go each chapter will (hopefully) tell it's own story. Thank you for taking the time to review.
Actually, depending on which mythical version of Lilith you are speaking of, she *is* a demon. Or a Canaanite Goddess. Or that huge white thing down in terminal dogma. Heh.
Comments from author:
The line in the summary kinda nixes the idea of her being a true demon. Though I could see Lilith loathing anything that had to do with God…and men. Thank you for taking the time review!
Wow Ava, I love what you created. You expressed the joy of her becoming free and searching for her child so well. I had chills when she found Buffy and infused her essence into her. I did like the answer you gave to a question that was never fully answered in the show..what was the Demon essence that the Shadowmen put into the first slayer: “I am Lilith.” Her lips spread slow and wide with her success and she finished with, “And you are, as they say, history.” Thanks for a good read.
Comments from author:
*beams* I'm actually really proud of how this turned out and I'm glad others are taking some enjoyment from it. I know Lilith isn't technically a demon and that I took some artistic license with the concept but damn if I didn't have fun writing it. Thank you for taking the time to review!
I'm missing the point too. I know the myths related to Lilith, but I'm missing how she/her mythology ties into either show's mythology. I'm not even going to ask for a canon tie in---I know better. But I need the reasoning behind this one.
Comments from author:
Lilith doesn't tie into either show. I'm creating that tie.
Last seasons season finale of SPN unleashed hundreds of demons from hell. Lilith (in my twisted head) was the demon the Shadow Men used to create the first Slayer and now that she's free she's taking back that is hers. Basically she's taken over and killed Buffy and now she's going after ever other Slayer to take back the Slayer essence.
I, uh, didn't understand that one. I must be thick, r maybe one need to actually have seen supernatural. Still, the only thing i understood is that lillith was somehow tied to the slayer line, and she isn't all sun and roses.
Comments from author:
The Slayer line was created by using a demon's essence and enfusing it with girl. The concept behind this was that Lilith was the demon they used and if you're unaware of the different ledgends surrounding Lilith then this really wouldn't make any sense. *shrugs* Sorry.
