Ooh, Buffy shall be pissed that a clump of hair was taken by her enemy. But, considering the desimation of the Ork army and her own success, I'm sure it won't be overly horrible.
This is making more sense now, with a second chapter.

I admit, I also have been trying to figure out if this is part of one of your series or a new one. I have gone with the latter because it sounds unlike the other series somewhat in the language -- but you may yet prove me wrong! I always struggle to put myself "on the record" when it comes to your stories after all. But this was as vivid as ever and your use of language continues to amaze and astound. I can't wait to read more -- of this one, or any other. You know I have a grin on my face whenever I see you have updated a story or posted a new one.

I'm a bit confused. Which series does this one fit into? Or is it part of a new series. *Must admit, when I heard that the creatures who took care of the orcs were small, close to the ground and mounted, I envisioned an army of Hobbits riding big dogs*
Not sure if I liked it or not. But if you wrote more of it, a bit clearer, than I might know if I do or not.
Can't wait until Ebb is updated.
