I like the second chapter and I really like your use of the word prophetic at the end, it sounds foreshadowy and fits in with both the show Angel and religious Mal. Again great job.

Thanks. I'm going to take this story as far as Greenleaf and see what happens. Perhaps focus on Wes and Gunn in the Firefly verse without Mal and company.

I read this and thought the entire story was shiny until I reached the last sentence and then I had to upgrade it to really goram shiny. Great job.
