This looks very interesting. It fits into the Buffy/Angel verse without seeming forced. After all, Gwen from AtS also uses electricity, though she doesn't really have control over it.

Very nice start to the story. Even though it isn't terribly long, it seems like a complete first chapter to me, rather than just a conveniently short place to leave a cliffhanger. It could work equally well as a standalone short-story. Thanks for the great writing.
I really like this story. It's well-written, and it's a neat character sketch of Elle. I've got to wonder how the Buffyverse would fit into this.
Brilliant.

Aww, thanks!
It's not so much a sketch as it is a detailed ink illustration, 'cause there's several more chapters to it. The Buffyverse can fit in here pretty well, I think. Unlike Marvel or DC superheroes, the 'mutants' in the Heroes universe are pretty 'quiet', and don't make the news much. So I think they could exist in the buffyverse without totally wrecking the premise. And, well, we've SEEN mutants on the shows. The telekinetic girl on Angel, Invisible girl on Buffy (you could call her a mutant, instead of a mystical-effect victim), and a few others. So I think it can work, no problem. Now I just need to see if Elle is actually someone I want to write about. This story is sort of her audition... or my audition, as I try to find her voice and character.

I tried to skip right to the lesbian content, but then my usual urge to say too much about other stuff first got the better of me. ^_^ But yeah, I'm trying for that pairing I mentioned to you. Eventually.
