I can't wait for Travers to find out that Dawn's at the NCIS. With his usually ham-handed tactics, things would shortly get very interesting (not to mention fun!).

this is a story that goes in a different direction than many 'true family' stories -- even though some family members have done horrible things, they're not the bad guys... that's quite a feat to accomplish! I cannot wait to see what you do next. I almost fear for Willow and Xander from Tony and Ziva... I get the feeling that Ziva would enjoy gutting them both, though hopefully, she'll have the full picture before she acts. I would love to see a combined scooby/gibbs team take Travers down with extreme prejudice. He *needs* killing.

Thanks for the update. I love this chapter. I love that Anya was the one to inform Willow and Xander that Dawn was unlikely to forgive them anytime soon. I eagerly await the next installment of this wonderful chapter.

Glad you're continuing with this (and that Willow had the honesty to call Xander on his unreasonable expectation of instant forgiveness, no matter what the extenuating circumstances under which they'd so horribly abused Dawn).

I was so afraid this was going to be one of those character-bashing fics, which would have sucked because it was so extremely well-written.

But having them under a supernatural influence means they weren't acting wildly out of character at all (well, they were, but they were doing it in character, if you see what I mean), and that means I can enjoy this amazing story without being turned off by inexplicable behavior.

Please, please do continue this; I want to see what happens next.
