I wonder... when Buffy is resurrected, will she remember English, or only be able to speak the Tongues of Men from Middle Earth, Quenya and Sindarin? That would be an interesting twist.

An intriguing idea, Buffy as Galadriel, but it somehow fits. Galadriel was proud and rebellious in her youth, not that different from Buffy, I think. And it would be nice to see how she changes into the Galadriel from the LotR trilogy, and to see her reaction when she is resurrected by Willow. Pity that it looks like this fic won't be updated again... Thank you for posting!

Loving the story! Please update some more asap

I am quite saddened that this fic appears to have died. I find it to be an interesting take on Buffy-into-LOTRverse. I'm a little disappointed that it so far *appears* that Buffy is replacing Galadriel, because the two are so vastly different in personality that I really can't see Buffy taking her place in Middle Earth. So, I'm hoping that Buffy will find herself having a little sister sometime soon (I haven't read the Silmarillion, so I don't know when Galadriel is supposed to be born).

I'm also intrigued by the idea that Buffy misses out on some of history because of her friends' resurrection spell. With vague memories of her life as an Elf much like she's currently having vague memories of being the Slayer, it could be very interesting to see the two lives meet and blend in a post-BtVS series continuation of this story. Perhaps "cookie-dough-Buffy" can no longer properly "bake" while living her human life on earth.

I also rather wonder who you might end up pairing Buffy with, if you plan to pair her with anyone at all. I'm leaning toward Glorfindel, myself. Just seems fitting in my head.

I've read the story again and it is still a good story.

I hope you will continue with the story.
