I found this story... interesting. I tend to enjoy stories where we have to deal with a world without Buffy, and I certainly think you did a good job just dropping us right into this world and NOT telling us everything that happened in the past. I personally can't do that -- I always have to go back and explain things because I want readers to know what I know.

However, I do think there was almost TOO much going on, family-wise. It seemed like the Potters were related to everyone, and the kids had about a zillion aunts and uncles. Severus being "Uncle Sev", I think, was the straw that broke the camel's back. And Harry and Buffy had WAY too many children.

Overall, though, I did like the story and I feel relatively satisfied by the ending, although the last bit -- talking about another potential sibling -- was a bit over-the-top.

I look forward to what comes next.

Thanks for your review. The Potters are not related to all these people. The titles of Uncle and Aunt are just used as honorifics. The children have only one true aunt- Dawn. Sorry for the confusion.

Only suggestion: Its tricky switching timelines & perspectives, maybe you could make it more pronounced with italics or separating it with a border line? That would make it easier to read.

I am intruiged! And confused! So Narcissa is the grandmother... meaning Buffy married Draco?? But wait... That doesn't make sense if Hermione is the boy's dad's best bud... So she married Harry... but Narcissa?

Narcissa is the Grandmother by relationship rather than blood. It was a relationship that developed through Narcissa's friendship with Buffy. Since there is no living blood grandmother, Narcissa stepped into that role.

I love your story, i read it a month ago or so, so i canot say what exactly i like. But! I do love this story, its charming, it has wits and drama and all the big words for those stories.

Really would like to know how it ends, how much will be revealed about buffy and her life and how much this affects her family.
So thrilling!

This is a wonderful chapter. I think that Padma is overreacting about the twins wanting to sleep in the same bed as Harry, it only makes since they recently lost Buffy (or so everyone thinks) and they were recently attacked by monsters. If i were in that position oh yeah you can grantee that I would be in the same bed as any surviving parent. I hope that Harry's two oldest soon quit trying to resurrect Buffy and realize that this is a road that should never be taken no matter how much you miss someone. More soon of this wonderful fic please.
