Ah, this is one of those things were I'm gonna have to go back and reread before I could properly respond, because of real life I've been away from my fanfics entirely for quite some time. But I do know this is one of the fanfics that I knew I would have to go back and edit at some point, but was going on with the overall story first. Of course, now even that has stalled (ever so slightly).

because it was the name of a comedic character
(yes those last two lines do rhyme)
Jeeves is a valet in some stories by Wodehouse- a British author most sublime
whose most defining accent is his tendency to speak in a most stuffy style
making use of Shakespeare quotes and fancy vocabulary all the while

I do not mind at all, actually I'm glad for it. I'm not perfect and I don't mind when someone points out that I've made a boo-boo, and I do sometimes make lots of them.

What's funny is that me and my spell checker have a love/hate relationship. For example, it hates me for writing Xander so much that it decided to get prissy and neglected to inform me that I spelled Xadner instead of Xander.

For this fanfic I caught Xadner myself, but it wouldn't surprise me to be reading some of my other fanfics and catch it there as well. Cause after awhile (I shamefully admit) that I do stop really looking when it keeps flagging the same things over and over again. What's interesting is that it flags Xander (and Snape) every time, but doesn't flag things like Buggy (for Buffy) or in the case of this fanfic Geeves - if that had been flagged perhaps I wouldn't have made that mistake, perhaps.

Anyway, I'm glad you're liking this fic, and that you left a rhyming review (I really didn't expect to get one) and that you helped me correct a mistake.
