I'm happy to see that Abby and McGee will have a choice about their relationship and not get forced into it like Willow and Oz. Good story so far, you really got an interesting combination of angst/sadness (Willow & Oz) and interest/hesitation (Abby and McGee)

Jordy's behavior toward Gibbs and that of his team makes perfect sense now! And you've sort of resolved something with Willow and Oz, where she's realized she won't leave again unless she and he cannot be together and have found a way to break their bond and stop torturing one another. My only quandary left now is what happens between McGee and Abby, because really...I NEED TO KNOW.
