These are great fun. I particularly liked the "fetch me a physicist" drabble and the Sandman "summon and control Death" ones. The Scoobies really do get around. :)

I enjoyed all of these. As for suggesting fandoms, I'd love to see the Scoobies handling the Denarians from Jim Butcher's Dresden Files books. Nicodemus would be decidedly unhappy when Willow handed him his head. And the same goes for the Necromancer.

Oh, you have NO idea how much I would love to see our dear Winifred/Illyria turned loose on the 'Gateverse villains! Then again, she'd better have an excellent Guide, or we'd all be in a world of hurt.
Oooh, very subtle... said "craftsman" not actually appearing on-stage as it were. You go, Xan the Man! And good story so far... my favorite line is still in the first one, when Giles says "I kill gods."

Feel free to expand the premise to a longer work. I don't have a vision for it, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be done.
Though it occurs to me that this last scenario is not so much a world saved as a world doomed in a slightly different way....
