I reread this story from the beginning - it's terrific. Erotic and sensual and passionate and so so loving. You never lost track of the dark edge that exists in every vampire, and you never forgot the depth of heart in Spike. The characterizations were perfect. This one goes in my favorites.

I actually got that ;) I meant that in the story header under the word 'complete' there's 'no' instead of 'yes' and when you get to the end of last chapter, it says 'The End?' like there's going to be more chapters, which kind of clashes with the A/N that says you are done at last :) The story itself made very much sense :)

"An Unholy Union" had a sort of "fake ending" so that anyone who had gotten sucked into the story by Spike/Dean and did not want the relationship to expand to include Sam would have a satisfactory finish. Then, anyone who didn't mind the development of the threesome situation was told to move on to read Darkness Falls. In Darkness Falls, you find out the ending of An Unholy Union was just a dream - we used it as a device.

I may still not make sense, but I'm very happy you enjoyed it. It's always fun getting comments on older fics.

I loved it and it was cool to see Dean as a vampire, damn if he wouldn't be even sexier!!!!! Just the thought and it gives me the vapours!!! lol. I love Spike and could see them being really good mates, you did an excellant job. Are you planning on doing any more in this verse ? And are you thinking of turning Sam ?

Wonderful to hear you enjoyed the story so much. I don't think we are doing any more - two longish stories (Unholy Union and Darkness Falls) seems enough, lol However, I am sure there are more Dean/Spike stories in the future. I do have one other one, but it is sad (Regrets), and also a Dean/Xander one (Road Out of Hell).

Yay Dean got his soul back!!! Glad they realised something was wrong. Nice of the shaman to give them the ability to walk in the sun. Thirty days without sex? Could be worse but with Dean and Spike? Ouch. Keep up the good work!!

That's a lot of reading for one day! LMAO. I'm so very glad you found the stories. We were writing it pretty fast, but there was a slow down due to a RL medical issue which has been resolved. We'll be back on track and should post another chapter as soon as we can edit, most likely by Monday.
