Review:
Totally love this story. I was sad to see it removed from FF.net, but I guess it was revised into this.

Love the Star Wars upgrades on BS Pegasus. Hiskari is hilarious!!!! I like how you leave Gina/Helena/Annika open, but ultimately, I still want it to be Gina/Helena. I like to think that they would be able to forgive each other for what each of them did to each other.

Will Pegasus eventually meet with BSG?

Will the identities of the canonl Final Five affect the direction of the story?

Btw, any chance that you plan on continuing this story? It is definitely one of my fave stories.
Comments from author:
I never mentioned it on here, but basically I lost the files for this (working document, outlines, concept art, etc.). I found it again recently, along with a partial variant I was tinkering with. I'm thinking of doing a version 1.5 to combine this with the 2.0 version I'd started but lost, and then continuing on from the end of the 1.5.

Review of chapter "Chapter Twenty" from Markelo
Review:
Is having two Cyclons of the same model on the same ship confusing? I got what you did with the second one, making her into Seven of Nine. Nice, and the three Jedi are nice. I realy like the one who's of Ahsoka's race. I would like to hang out with her if she was real.
Comments from author:
Uh, not sure what you're talking about... or if you've even read the story then. There's a Number Six and a Number Seven, not two Number Sixes. This was started before nBSG S4, back when we thought that the Final Five would end up being Numbers Seven and then Nine, Ten, Eleven, and Twelve.

Review:
Can you please tell us what's happening with this story?
Do we assume the entire "Carry You Home" story-line (original plus all re-writes) has been dropped because the 2009 version "Carry You Home: Resurrection" (last updated sometime May2009 I think) has been removed from the website?
Thanks.

I don't know much about Battlestar Pegasus, but I did love this story and how the different characters were weaved into the setting. And the art was wonderful! :)
And I really hope this is chosen to be continued sometime, I'm deeply curious to where everthing is going. Thanks for writing!

The Threes were the D'Anna's, right? I don't remember them being particularly violent or cruel. Obsessive maybe about the identity of the Final Five, but certainly not like the Cavils.

I do love your story btw :-)

Like the new banner art, allthough I'm confused as to why the Twi'lek Sienn is not part of the line up. I thought she was one of the main characters?
Comments from author:
Unlike the original version, she's more a secondary/tertiary character and since I could only fit so many into the banner, she was one that I chose to leave out.

Best BSG-based story I've ever seen. I've been looking for a BSG story which focuses on Cylons as people rather than antagonists for ages and you made it perfect by doing your characters so well. Not to mention, the fun of drawing the readers' attention to the human-like cloak-and-dagger-isms of Cylon society. (eg. Gina's

I especially like your unusually character-focused writing style. (Not just generally, the little things like Gina's interpretations of Helena's mood based on facial expressions)

Of course, the real genius was probably the Star Wars crossover. Any skilled writer can decide to write a character-centric story that explores the antagonists as people, but it takes luck or another kind of genius to realize how appropriate it is for a Jedi to be the agent of redemption.

I do worry about whether you can maintain this level of quality while mixing in an apparent Sith (last scene of chapter fourteen) and some Star Trek races though. The more villains you add, the harder it becomes to maintain the interesting character-focused elements and, in general, the more characters, the harder it is to keep everything from falling apart. I'm also a bit nervous about how much religion you intend to add. There's a fine line between appropriate to a story about characters like Gina and too much.

In the end though, all I can really say for certain is that I like what you've done so far and I look forward to seeing what you write next.
Comments from author:
Well, the Star Trek bits were always planned. The nuclear wasteland Earth of S4 BSG dovetails perfectly with the 2063 Earth of Star Trek, the ashes from which the Phoenix rose for the First Contact with the Vulcans. We won't be seeing them again until the last chapter(s) of the story, and maybe a few other species as the Pegasus makes its way through space because... well, if humanity is the only sentient species in the galaxy, that's a hell of a waste of space isn't it?
