Nicely done! Gotta love Ezra and Buck teaming up on Chris cause lord knows that boy needs a push now and then.

I wish there were more fics written with Buffy in the Mag7 world (whether it be the Old West or ATF) as I think the interactions between her and the seven would be brilliant. Exactly like how you've captured here.

For some reason, I just think Buffy and Ezra would scarily get along back in the old west and that it would drive Chris nuts. I haven't really figured out why they would click, just that everytime I've written anything in the old west uni (I've got unposted stuff laying around my office) they get along great and she antagonizes Chris the entire time, all the while, the two of them are fighting their attraction to each other. *shrugs* Who knows, but it's fun to write. :D

Too funny. So, either Buffy was pretending to be a bad shot, or once she got the basic movement down, Slayer instincts kicked in? Anyways, loved it.

There was definitely some pretending going on. My muse is wanting to write Ezra and Buck's side of the story, but I'm not sure if it's gonna happen. We'll just have to see.

You know I adored this before you posted but it deserved another read through (as so many of your stories do) and I thought I should let you know again how much this rocked. I love the use of Buck and his mannerisms and how he's just as willing as Erza to help pull the wool over Chris's eyes and the fact that this ended on a light, playful note made the setup perfect. Though I wouldn't mind a sweaty sequel to this...I'm just sayin'.

There might be more sometime in the future. My must has hinted at telling Buck and Ezra's side of the story. But I'm trying to get Undertow finished so we'll just have to wait and see.

Much fun!

I think this is the first Mag7/BtVS crossover I've read that hasn't made use of the fanon alternative where the guys work ATF out of modern-day Denver. I don't care how Buffy got to the Old West, as long as she gives Chris a hard time and conspires with Ezra to lure him into 'teaching' her how to shoot. Definitely smile-worthy.

It's a little hard to explain the hows and whys she ends up in the Old West which is why I think people usually cross with the ATF universe. I do have a much longer fic where she ends up in the OW but I'm not sure if I'll ever get it ready for posting. Who knows. *shrugs* But I do adore those boys. :D

I've been plunged into M7 via Strangvisitor so I'm not very familiar with the characters, but this was pure goodness.

*blushes* Thanks! I adore the series and all of the characters. There are so many different personalities that it seems like there's someone for everyone. It helps that they're easy on the eyes as well. ;)
