Love it! Dungbombs of course have to come from Harry Potter. Also love the character of Mirabel and would love to know the story behind her - her parents for instance! The only problem I have with this story - no matter how much I love it - is that it has not been updated in 2 years! Arrgh! This tells me that you have either decided to stop writing - which would be bad -, you have too much going on in real life, you have dropped off the face of the planet, or are posting elsewhere. If it is the last option, please let us know which site you are positng to. The only other site I have found this story on is aff.net, and it too is not updated.

Ok i love this story. So much so, that I have been searching around other fanfic sites hoping that you have updated it somewhere out in the black, far reaching realms we call the internet. I found you here at tth (as I had originally read this on aff) but sadly it is in the same unfinished state as it was on previous postings. Please, please update this story. It has been over a year, and you have managed to create that illusive gem on fanfiction, the well written unique plot. It would be terrible to waste it.

I love this story! It's well written, people are in character, has a believable plot, and it's just plain fun to read. I really hope you're going to continue writing this.

i don't know anything about the anita verse except what i read in fanfiction. i' a little afraid of what JC will do with our favourite uber witch and the little one because he's often an arrogant manipulative power hungry bastard in the ones i read. with who will you paire willow?
Comments from author:
In the books, Jean Claude is manipulative, but not necessarily a bastard - mainly because he knows Anita will castrate him if he goes too far. Neither JC nor Anita are going to be arrogant bitches in this story - I try not to change characters' personalities too much if they aren't the villain - and JC and Anita aren't the bad guys in this fic. I have no earthly clue who I'm going to pair with any of the Scoobies yet. I do know that Jean Claude and Asher are going to be off-limits; the balance between their relationship and their relationship with Anita is too delicate to screw with just yet (pardon the pun, and yes, the slash between JC and Asher is CANON as of "Blood Noir.").
If you haven't read any of the books, the first one is entitled "Guilty Pleasures" - amusingly enough, there is no sex whatsoever in the book - I don't think there's even any kissing. All of the books in the series have the most provacative titles, but the first five have no sex at all. The author, Laurell K. Hamilton, takes the realistic route as far as relationships are concerned - there is no magic fix-up for the supernatural in this series: magic tends to make things even harder, even more inconvenient, and at times much more cruel. Yes, there is sex (lots and lots and lots of delicious sex), but the emotion element is there in even greater amounts - and whoever said love was simple was a lying bastard, and definitely proven wrong in this series.
