As almost every other review has said... This is rather chaotic. I think I understood parts of it, but it was chaos in some others. I can get that it's because Buffy herself had no idea what was going on but still.
The end is abrupt and... answers none of the numerous questions the rest of it creates.

Great story! I can't remember what was South but I'm sure she will send up in the East at some stage in order to confront the Giant Eye. Scary that so much of herself was burned up that she does not even remember her own name. I hope Willow does not manage to bring her back to Sunnydale later or it may turn into a battle of two all powerful black eyed Willows :(

Wow, a nice story. But I am kind of confused, like what happened? Did she become the new evil or something? And was the Giant the black bear? The ending was kind of abrupt, so will there be a sequel?

I too am confused by the ending. But I loved the section where "and the beast that was her own self screamed through her blood, her body, a fire against a fire" and the idea of the eye fearing (cause evil generally does) and the "Unable to see, as the beast coiled around her heart opened its jagged mouth and swallowed whole a ring of fire"
I love that her inner slayer kicked the indestructible rings ass.
Although why Beorn was suddenly enslaved...?
But Il liked it, despite that I felt a little stupid reading the end.
I could just feel the cold, confusion and numbness that Buffy felt. I liked the connection between Buffy and the flashes of Willow and the ritual. I liked this darker story.
I'm a little confused as to weither it was Buffy or Willow that came to Middle Earth? Was it Buffy just latching on to the only name she could remember? The fighting deffinately seemed like her, as Willow didn't strike me as so much hands-on. And she was remembering Willow's face. I really enjoyed seeing that far back into Middle Earth, as you rarely see fics from The Hobbit. Also a very interesting take on what would happen if Buffy/Willow got the One Ring.

Did she just bend the will of the ring to herself? And bind him to her? Or I miss something between the lines? Hope next one will give some more perspectives. The story really pique my interest. :D
Wonderful, as always. Poor, poor Beorn (“I am Beorn,” he said, eyes on the cold, black fireplace, “and I was a free man.” Heart-striking, that). Poor Willow!Buffy for that matter.
Any chance of updates for your other stories (Ebb!!!) soon? Any new or old updates are greatly enjoyed and appreciated!

Yay, you're back again. A little bit confused about what happened with Beorn and the Ring, but a little mystery adds to the atmosphere. I hope you'll be taking up your writing again, as I've missed it.
