I have no idea how I missed this fic, escpecially seeing as how it's an answer to one of my challenges, but I am so thrilled you wrote this! I was on a real Cloverfield kick for a while and the crossover idea just kept bugging me so I posted the challenge. So glad I did! :)

As for the rest, thanks so much for the compliment! (my challenges love your muse ;) I just have so many ideas- most of them pretty crazy, I know- for Buffy crossovers, but eventually I can't take on all of them so I end up with a million challenges. Anyway, I haven't had too much time to work on fics, but anytime you feel like working on any of those challenges, I'd love to help!

Well, yes she didn't win however she is a Slayer she defeated a Hell Goddess and a lot worse the First Evil. I agree that going toe to toe with a four story tall monster is a stupid idea, but she shouldn't have died yet again. On the bright side, the story flowed fast and very clear.

Eh, to be fair, she DID die when fighting Glory, but I'll give you the first. Just wanted to stick to the prompt of her not not "coming in and saving the day." Hope you liked it anyways, though. :)

Very fun. However, will Buffy stay dead? That's is the question.
Does this mean Rob and whatsherface get out alive?

I don't plan on writing a sequel, so I guess you're just going to have to make up your own answers to these questions! :D
