Review of chapter "parts 61 to 63" from thewrongalice
Review:
Way more sympathetic and indepth a portrayal for these characters than I ever would have expected - thanks for writing & I'll be hanging out for the next installment.

Hurray a new chapter. Now it's getting complex. And the fun question. Did she flat-line? I vote for yes. With the damage she took and the surgeries the hospital would have done. Her heart had to have stopped at least once even if it was medically induced.
Comments from author:
I have some plans for that question, but there will only be answers at the appropriate time - no sense in dropping them in when it wouldn't make sense yet.

Dang it! You just "made" me spend nearly 3 hours re-reading this entire story. And I enjoyed it very much, until I looked at my clock and realized that it is 2:00 in the morning and my son has a doctor's appointment at 10:30 in the morning. I even had a whole bunch of comments to make, but seeing that I don't have even enough time left to sleep now just cleared all those thoughts right out of my head. :(
Comments from author:
Sorry for the lack of sleep! I do hope things go well/get better with your son.
Delighted that you're (still) enjoying the story that much.

i like the story. it's interresting to put secondary characters in a more central one.
Comments from author:
Thank you.
I frequently find myself thinking that I'd like to know more about the non-title characters (Okay, the show's all about Buffy. What do Xander, Cordelia, Giles, Willow, or Joyce get up to when Buffy's not looking? What does Spike do all day? How about Drusilla?) or the less-focused on people (X-Men focusing on the original team? What's Mystique up to during this? Five issues focusing on the Jean-Scott-Emma thing? What are the students doing during all of this?)
Combine that with a) it would be really foolish to think that all possible disaster is only going to happen where & when the main hero can handle it (All possible apocali will not happen in Sunnydale for Buffy to handle or in New York for the X-Men to defeat.) and b) I despise the idea that there is no other possible way that things could not have fallen into DOOOM! other than the way it was written....
They won't react the same way as Buffy and/or the X-men. This could be a good thing. It'll certainly be something different to write about. Lots and lots of people write about Buffy saving the world or the primary X-Men defeating the evil and saving the world.
Why not let someone else have a chance to be the hero this time?
I wonder if Erwin got turned or if his coffin contained something that they didn't want anybody to know about?
