Great story, I especially like the fact that you included Cordy in the upgrade, rather then just making her arm-candy. I'll be reading the next parts in the near future.

Read the story again after Xander Wing. Wondering about a few things:

Dawn - Will the key now be stuck in the DC Universe? Goodbye Glory. Although what will happen when Xander asks about the Dawn/Cassandra in the Buffyverse. The Scoobies will not have a scooby about the whole thing.

Money and resources - Always thought they had gold krugerands, as well as, paper money.

I can see his technology being a century(at least) more advanced.
He can set up a company with Calendar and Giles as fronts. They will need the income, unless transferring funds from criminals becomes an option.

Hope you give him his own batcave.

Most of these questions will be answered in Nightwing II.

Don't know if Dick can do anything about Xander's home life. That's a challenge in itself. Perhaps his police training would help.

There's limited options for an abusive situation.
The other party must be willing to accept the help. They need to recognize that they are in fact in an abusing environment. I'm not sure what direction this will take. While writing this chapter I thought that Jessica would leave with her son. I know I'm the one writing this fic but sometimes I try to see things from the characters point of view and they surprise me with the decisions they make. I just write it down and see what happens. From time to time the characters can change the direction of the story with the decisions they make.

I am definitely enjoying this story, hope we get to the action soon. I can't wait for Dick to have to tell Cordy that her destiny is different than his, and that she is not destined to be with him. Oh the humanity!
