Beautiful! If you're ever inspired to write a sequel, I'd love to find out how the fates of Joshua and Isaac (and perhaps some more of the transgenics?) might have been changed, with an Illyricized Wesley as their Watcher-Protector!

I'm curious though, is wesley in another dimension, or just skipped forward in time?
I'm assuming Illyria augmented Wesley's magic a little bit.
I'd love to see another chapter.

Because I'm not sure when the next installment might be ready, I'll answer.
Wesley was sent into the future.
What happened with Illyria: Fred wasn't totally destroyed, the tears were from her and Illyria and Fred merged fully right then and she was able to push her magic into Wes and send him into the future.
Another chapter could happen, I'm not sure when though.
