Cool. The epilogue would be better if it was replaced with a sequel, but as far as epilogues go? Not bad. I can definitely see this in a great crossover - counterpoint to, for example, the Imperium of Man? Or... Well, I don't know. Except that I want more!

Thanks for the review. Good and positive ones will always be greatly appreciated. I have to be honest though, I just don't see where I could write a sequel to that story line. Imperium of Man? Not familiar with that I believe. Do you have a link?

I never would've thought that a cross of SG1, Stephen King, Tom Clancy (and probably some other stuff I didn't recognize) could be so successful, but you told a very engrossing and satisfying tale (well, as satisfying as the deaths of 6 billion humans can allow for!). Thanks for letting Nick and Larry survive, especially, and for Glenn's ascension!

Thanks for sharing this story, I enjoyed it. I especially love the little twist at the end there, mentioning that the other Earth task force was led by a certain Admiral Bart Mancuso, whose flagship was the Russia. *grin*
