The story started out kind of rough for me, with all the big time-gaps et al, but once we got to the return of Buffy it all started coming together. Overall I'd say I liked it.
I'm still not sure exactly what's up with Titus and Zeak, other than the latter's desire to rule the world, but maybe that's just your sequel hook. I guess we'll see...

Not the greatest story I've read, but well worth the time to read it. Very imaginative. I really loved the banter between Willow and Buffy and Faith throwing in a few now and then. Faith's partner seemed especially interesting to me particularly her weapons. Thanks for sharing an extremely good story.

You might want to hold your praise of the person reviewing and correcting your story, they failed to catch several awkwardly worded sentences and failed to recognize that Buffy has green eyes, not blue. I have no idea why so many people make that mistake. However this story is plenty good enough to keep me reading it. I want to see where your imagination takes it.

Way the hell too many author's notes. Tell it in the story not in notes. I'll reserve rating this story till I've finished reading it, but copying it is a pain in the butt with all these lengthy notes.

Outside of the longish wait between chapters I loved the over all story. The difference between mature Buffy and snarling Buffy didn't seem characteristic of an enlightened person and no one in the room reacted, Xander even less. I guess Buffy's violent response to conflict after the fall of Sunnydale became her default position emotionally. Is that going to be explored in further updates to the story line you've set up?
"Ozymandias" is one of my favourite poems. Cool that you quoted it. Well Zeak and Titus are still on the loose. I take it that they'll get theirs in the mopping up chapters. And may we have more Buffy/Willow smoochie and snuggle action? Aythengyew.

Isn't that such a good poem...Okay, I did something stupid and forgot to change the story status. This one is over, it's kinda the first in a series. Don't worry though, the next one is 3/4 finished and the third is outlined. I will finish of the series, I promise!.....and the snuggle action will happen;)

I like what you're doing with the story. At least, better than the Season 8, comic books. Good to know about the body armour, although still wondering why they are not using modern weapons.
Xander should have pushed for rifles in case of large scale apocalypse. Even shotguns would be better against zombies, instead of axes. Kneecapping vampires would also make them easier to slay.
As for Buffy, is she now as powerful as Glory and Illyria? Great power levels and still believable. Can't wait for this story to be finished and they can start taking the battle to other realities...lol

Hmmm....I tried not to mess with the established rules of the universe too much and one of them was that slayers didn't use modern weaponry. Me..I agree with you...a shotgun full of flachettes is gonna shred anything, I don't care if it's dead or not. *shrug*
As for Illyria and all that, the theory goes that Buffy will eventually be that powerful, but not right now. She and Willow are in a training period, learning how to use their power and all that.
As to the next story, it's actually gonna be a prequal following Faith mostly and seeing a little bit of how the Council got set up the way it is now (It's mostly written.). The sequal to Empowered is still floating around in my head and I'm contemplating crossing it over with Medium.
