Review of chapter "The Tripods keep attacking" from Vorchan
Review:
Only thing I didn't like about this story so far was the reckless use of God's name, other than that, it's fine.
Oh, and once you have Buffy spelled 'Bufy'... just so you know., it's when she's with her dad in the sewers of Spain's Madrid.
I think Willow's conduct here in this story is really horrible. No hard feelings.
Entertaining piece.
When did Giles see alien demons invade earth before? And Buffy, when did she see this situation before now?
A little help with that.
Creative work.

Review:
Oh boy! Willow's really messed up this time. If she's been 'physically intimate' with Kennedy while the latter woman is under the influence of a spell- that's RAPE!
As a rule in Buffy the Vampire Slayer; mind rape via magic leads to Actual rape! No Wonder Kennedy's afraid of Willow... What happened between them? Details please.
I appreciate them taking Kennedy in, if her girlfriend's been abusing her in that way, really do!
So Bria is Kennedy's little sister, is that so?
Just because Kennedy's into girls doesn't mean she's likely to 'make out' with the girls in that school, or even be tempted strongly to do so... it may just have been a happy atmosphere for the lady.
I am with Mr. Wood here (Robin), even though Kennedy is a slayer, she's also a damsel in distress in this case.
I am really delighted with this piece, it's FUN to read!
Nice action and adventure, and whatnot, war story but not really violent, addictions rampant, whatnot... this is GREAT! I Really Like It A LOT!
I was looking for it for a while here, and am delighted to find it again. Thanks for writing it!
What do you think of my views here?

Review of chapter "The eve of the war cont." from Vorchan
Review:
Ah, Willow/Kennedy romance-crime! (for what I mean about a 'romance-crime' figure: bad date, something like what happened in "All the Way" with Willow drugging Tara via magic) I often choose to imagine myself as a adopted brother to Kennedy, personal choice, for developing compassion.
My point is: if Willow has been using magic to make Kennedy into a mindless sex-partner; then she's gone Rapist AGAIN!!!! She's called the 'red-haired megalomaniac' for a reason here. I have to say: I love Willow, but knowing her- she's Blown it AGAIN!
The scenario that popped into my head was that Kennedy comes home distraught over a fight with her girlfriend, I frankly, don't like that relationship, don't think it's good at all, but I have claimed her as my sister (of a sort), so I've GOT to listen and at least try to cheer her up, properly.
Yeah, they were mad at each other, from what you have said.
If Willow is using magic to enslave people, then lying with her enslaved partners, she's a rapist! She's GOT to change!
Good story, thus far... if a little too 'pre-warned gentle', I mean, telling people that no good character will die is a bit of a giveaway that it's not a real war-story. In war, there are no grantees of survival, and War of the Worlds is a war-story.
Good idea otherwise than the last paragraph's argument.

Still trying to track the story...pace is very fast and I'm not sure about the obsessed Willow...I keep wanting to tell her to grow up but overall I am enjoying the story!
Comments from author:
thank you very much for the review, especially the bit about slowing down, I worry it's moving at a snail's pace so it's great to get useful feedback like that

Just love your version of 'Evil Willow'.

Story seems to be going on at a cracking pace, which is good, so I hope we'll see more soon.

This is totally awesome! I just listened to a re-broadcast of WNYC's Radio Lab "The World of the World" podcast. I am fascinated by this story. I enjoyed the movie and I have been tempted to read the book but my homework calls to me. Thank you for this cross-over. I loved Love Actually as well. Natalie is one of my favorite characters for sure. Thanks for the uncontrollable plot-bunnies. LOL I can hardly wait to see what happens....
Comments from author:
Thank you for such an enthuiastic review, I'm glad you like the cross and the concept.

Review of chapter "On the eve of war" from nathaniel
Review:
disjointed; was my first review responce, but thats a Authors stylistic choice.

and when tying in so many stray stories to be expected.

The thing is, I want to find out where the story is going.

I'm totaly hating Willow-dose the girl never learn. I think obsessed Willow is even more evil then evil world destroying Willow at least that Willow cared, this Willow fits into the woe is me vengence demon Willow stereo type ,and really wanting to see more Giles.

because More Giles is what every story needs- Evil world destroying souless Giles would even be better.

so write more.
Comments from author:
that the story is disjointed is a very fair comment, it gives me something to try and avoid next story. Namely mutiple plot lines!

No Giles and Karen this chapter but a big focus on them to come.

thanks for your helpful detailed review.
