Review of chapter "Here be Dragons" from Gideon
Review:
It is always interesting to think about whatBuffy or Faith would do if they came back in time. After chosen they at least have an organisation that would believe them and possibly the power to do something about it. I wonder what John will think when these two older tattooed women turn up to appoint themselves his new bodyguards. I can imagine Faith being very amused by spending time with a teenage John. Good luck to Katherine Brewster in this timeline!
It sounds like the girls could use some amusement though as they had a tough time in the camps. A nice touch to make Andrew their saviour. I hope they do take the time to taste the ice cream too.
Comments from author:
The Watchers Council was pretty useless in their original timeline so I don't see the Scoobies as their first or even seventh priority. The mission is what matters and I'm not sure either woman is going to be thrilled when they're presented with a teenager rather than the man they're expecting. That will be a slap in the face and Cameron will have to answer for it eventually.

Katherine Brewster is already out of luck since this new John is too young for her. :)

Tough time might be understating it, but I'm leaving that part up to the reader's imagination. I think Andrew, of all the Scoobies, is the one person with the personality and patience to set the plan to free them into motion. He's a smart cookie when he puts his mind to it. There is a sequel being written and I hope to have it posted for IFD this year. Thank you for taking the time to review.

Review of chapter "Here be Dragons" from Millaros
Review:
You should do a fic with Highlander...

Just saying, I mean, you are the boss man.
Comments from author:
Sorry, but I'm not much of a Highlander fan so I doubt I'll write anything crossing over with them. I hope you enjoyed this story though.

This gave me shivers the whole way through. You have a way with words that I envy and am totally in awe of. Brilliantly done.
Comments from author:
Wow! You're really on a reviewing roll. Can I tell you how blushy-giggly I am about that? Hee!

*blushes* Thank you! I really enjoyed writing this story so don't be surprised if I start writing in that verse again sometime. The new Terminator movie did get those bunnies hopping again.

Those metal muthas don't stand a chance, now! Novel take on the "who gets sent back this week" theme. Well done.

Review:
Excellent! I hadn't considered that slayers could be sent back in time. I suppose you get much more bang for your buck that way. What I'd really like to see now is a story with 'future' Buffy and Faith encountering people that knew them in the past. Like Riley. Who am I kidding? I'll settle for anything that builds off this story. :)

Review:
Copied shamelessly from my LJ review:

I wish I had the words to adequately describe my utter love and admiration for this fic and you.

I love it.

Let me repeat that - I love it.

Wow. You just blew me away with the meshing of these two worlds. Your characters were perfectly in character :) You haven't lost your Faith-isms at all honey.

**He now recognized, began to understand why she and Lehane had been on the list of eighteen hundred or so women marked for capture or annihilation by Skynet.**
This broke my heart because all those Slayers in the world were being hunted down by SkyNet for testing, to be tortured and then killed. *wibble*

And then you went and snuck in Andrew! *huggles you tightly* You made him strong and powerful and I loved it. It fits that Andrew would stand up and become a man and a soldier when the real need arose. Great job.

And I'm purring a little over the dragon tattoos that they all were given. That dragon tat on Brian's arm is so hot...the thought of it on Kyle, Buffy and Faith too. *whimpers*

And yay for the change in relationship between Buffy and Faith...and Faith's remorse that it took the end of the world to bring them together.

*applauds you* This was fantastic!!

**Here be darkness, here be death, and Kyle whispered softly to no one, “Here be dragons.”**
This was one of my favorite lines of the fic. Something about it just sent chills through me.

Well, just in case you didn't realize how much I love this fic, I came here and read it again just to make sure I wasn't imagining things; I wasn't!

Review:
This was a nice little snippet. Am I right in assuming the knowledgeable Wells is Andrew?
Comments from author:
Thank you! Yep, it was the illusive Andrew that managed to make himself a part of John's inner circle. Though now a small part of me wants to know how Andrew did that so there might just be more to this 'verse muse permitting.

Review:
Cool stuff, you're always very good at atmospheric dark-themed fic.
Comments from author:
Thank you! My muse is a dark creature. I'm actually trying to bribe her to go back toward the fluff so I can get some chapters done of my Buffy/Cam fic. *shakes head* She's a fickle thing. Thank you for taking the time to review.

Review:
Interesting story. I hope you plan to continue this.
Comments from author:
Me too. ;) I actually want to know how Andrew came to be part of John's trusted inner circle so at least I know the muse is still interested. Thank you for taking the time to review!
