Which would have been a lot less tempting of Giles didn’t keep counting Vampire uprisings as paid vacation. Just because the Council paid for the airline seat did not a vacation make. --> Awesome line :)

Only just started reading the Mercy Thompson books recently. Mostly because I came across this fic and liked it so much I had to find out about the crossover.
Ah man, I love this fic. I hope you can continue it. Will there be any scenes where Buffy meet the Marrock and Charles and maybe a scene where she manages to 'accidentally' give Leah a swift kick?

This is awesome and it gets better with every chapter. I liked Buffy's point that just because the Marrock sent Samuel to kill her doesn't mean that he actually wanted it to happen that way. And I particularly loved seeing it all through Xander's eyes. Good job. Keep writing.

Poor Xander... Apocolypses really don't count as a vacation, no matter where they are. I'd love to see Buffy and Mercy meet, something tells me they'd have way too much fun picking on Sam.

nice quips from the scooby gang. Samuel clearly doesn't know what he's getting himself into with this motley crew. He might be wishing for employment with demons to get away from the white hats like Xander too
