I have enjoyed reading this greatly, and thank you for all your time, energy and effort put into such a lovely story.

Well done! Loved this for years!
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed it; it was tricky at times, but I really enjoyed working on this concept.

Review of chapter "Moving On" from Bluejello
Review:
This is when having a LIKE or KUDOS button comes in handy. It seems like I need to do something more than just leave a review, after you've brought an excellent story to a satisfying end. Weaving Harry/Daniel together could have been very awkward but you pulled it off!
Comments from author:
The site does allow you to rate the chapters based on your opinion as well, you know.

That said, glad you liked the result; the concept was one I'd seen put in action a few times, but I wanted to put a more developed plot to it, so it's good to know that the results paid off.

Review of chapter "Moving On" from MistofRainbows
Review:
I think this last chapter ties things together nicely. As for a sequel it's one of those endings that probably doesn't need it but it would be interesting to see it. Just wanted to say thanks for writing the story.
Comments from author:
Good to hear; I wanted to leave sequel possibilities open without being 'obligated' to do so, and I'm glad the result was satisfactory.

Review of chapter "An Outing with the IOA" from Valandar
Review:
Only 24,000 miles to the Gamma Site? Umm, the sun alone is 93,000,000 miles, and the nearest star (Proxima Centauri) is around 20,000,000,000,000 (trillion!) miles away...
Comments from author:
Went back over my sources and corrected the distance; sorry about the mistake.

Review of chapter "An Outing with the IOA" from djhardim
Review:
Good. I have a question about this sentence - "The Gamma Site is twenty-four thousand miles from here," Sam said, stepping up onto the ramp to address the various IOA delegates. "But once we step through the event horizon, it will take us less than one second to get there."

Is "miles" right, or should it be "light years"?
Comments from author:
Gone back over it and amended the distance accordingly; that aside, hope the chapter was good.

Review of chapter "Battle for the Stargates" from JonnWolfe
Review:
I love this entire concept. 'Harry is Daniel' just works for some reason that I can't explain. Meshing these two worlds like this has been a real treat to read, even if I hear the wrong voice sometimes whenever I read Daniel's lines. (Hard not to, what with them calling him Harry)

Really hoping that this continues soon, because I love this series. :)
Comments from author:
I figured that it made sense for those who knew Daniel as Harry first to still call him that internally even if they might call him 'Daniel' in conversation out of respect for his wishes, but I'm glad you liked it anyway.

Trust me; I might have some difficulties at times, but I know where I'm going with this story and have no intention of abandoning it any time soon...

Review of chapter "Battle for the Stargates" from ForgottenCode
Review:
Just caught up on the whole story and I have to say I'm loving it. Daniel & Harry being the same person makes sense with what you've explained. I thought that Sam gave in a little too easily to magic not being some sort of technology, but that's just nitpicking. Looking forward to the rest of it.

Review of chapter "The Next Planet" from shakeval
Review:
ok, reading through this i have to say it's good, except a few minor problems and a major one.
the major one is your continual use of 'centuries/century' for activity of the ancients/alteran and the goa'uld......one century is one hundred years.....that doesn't work for the goa'uld or the ancients
the words you are looking for are:
millenia - in the case of the goa'uld, Ra showed up in ancient egypt thousands of years ago, something like 5 thousand plus years ago.
a millenium is one thousand years
the Ancients/Alteran
were around millions of years ago......granted merlin was popping around europe for a while but that was after he had ascended and then descended to mess with things.
the Ancients/Alterans left earth way before the goa'uld even showed up.

aside from that i like what i'm seeing.

Review of chapter "Division on Tegalus" from VillageOrchid
Review:
The first part of this chapter was a little confusing, as to where Daniel and the other guy arrived. I do like that it looks like Hestia is in control of Beatrix and not the other way around.
Comments from author:
Like the original episode, the idea is that Daniel and Jarod arrived on Tegalus 'off-screen' and were almost automatically thrown in jail; hope that answers the question (And glad you liked my Bellatrix/Hestia combo).

Review of chapter "A New Mission" from VillageOrchid
Review:
I do hope they give every consideration possible that the rod itself might be a trogan horse or something that collects data from them, passing it back to the Ori.

EDIT:
Also meanwhile: Merlin is a religious title it is possible that the Merlin of the Wizards was the son of this Merlin.... or desciple. Either way they probably should try to figure out if all wizards posses the ancient gene or just those of the great nobel houses of the UK that are supposed to be descended from Merlin.
Comments from author:
I'll be exploring Merlin's connections to the wizarding world later on; for now, all I'll say is that most- if not all- wizards have the Ancient gene to varying extents, but not everyone with the gene is a wizard, and certain other requirements are involved in magic being present on Earth and not other planets...
