God. Damn. It. Or, well, rather the opposite, but, well, heck!
One of the best crossovers I've read, EVER. Short, yes, but I'll be damned if it wasn't well done. Beautiful. Forrest Gump... A wonderful portrayal of a seriously underestimated man. Good point about the whole Sainthood thing too.

Touching story. I knew who he was pretty quickly, but it didn't make it any less fun to read. I like the idea that they both gained something of the other from that day and I have to admit the way he was talking to Buffy set me to giggling.

Managed to catch the subtle (?) clues to guess identity ahead of end, but that doesn't really matter because I thought that you provided a well written answer to challenge...

For some weird reason I could just imagine Xander telling LBJ about getting shot in the butt-ocks !

I realized who it was very shortly after Forrest started talking, but I really do love this idea, and how you wrote it.

Why do I see the New Council being funded by Mr. Gump?

I do hope to see more great fics from you, as you captured Mr. Gump perfectly, and poor Saint Gump, he never wanted more than people to be happy.
