Very original story. I ain't picking holes, but surely if Willow was needed for 'when the tides were turning for the worse and the fates of everyone hung in the balance' she would have been needed more in the First Age. Morgoth Bauglir utterly destroyed the Elves and Men of those times, and it was only by the intervention of the Valar (or 'gods') that set Middle Earth free. Sauron Gorthaur, The Cruel (or Thu) was around in those times, but he was still only a servant of Melkor, He Who Arises In Might, Morgoth Bauglir, The Dark Foe of The Earth. Now Willow, post series seven, against him. That, I'd love to read.

Couldn't resist the read after seeing the summary. A novel and well-executed take on the relationship between BTVS and LOTR. The plot hook I was most impressed by was that Middle-Earth was in the future, and created from legends of Earth, instead of the reverse as most authors and readers assume.

I am ever so glad tha your muse has blessed us with more of this story. I began reading it some time ago and it was lost to the wayside when you 'abandoned' it. I know how that goes, my muse some times deserts me at the most inoportune times.

Currently my muse, whose name, inconsequensly is Flopsy the Plot Bunny, thinks it's hilarious to make me write the sequel to my story 'Mischiefs Mate' yet hasn't allowed me to actually finish said story. It's very awkward as I have no idea what 'has' happened and what is going to have to be rewritten when I get back to the original story.
