nice, I wonder if Xander is a half-blood (or half-monster) or just a mortal with better eyes than most. It would make sense, he can see things that others miss (maybe do to not being messed with by the Mist) and can survive things that would easily kill normal mortals as well as attracting female demons of all types.

Thanks!....and as far as Xander goes, I'm not sure what he's going to be. I'm pretty sure he's not going to be Halfblood, but who knows, my muse does funny things. But the idea does have potential.
Thanks for the review!!!

actually I was basing it on the fact you said she was feeling the activating Slayers so it seems to me it should be pumping the same type of magic back into her(though officially in season 7 they declared you can't get addicted to magic)

You're a canon purist aren't you?
We'll just call it creative license. In my universe, where this story is based, Willow is still walking that thin line between wanting black magic and wanting to be on the side of the good. And also, if you're going to nit pick, just because she's feeling the slayers activating, doesn't mean its still pumping the same magic back into her. It just means that a spell she used in the past is still in effect, and she is still feeling what she caused. The MAGIC she used has, effectively, disappaited. Maybe using magic addiction was the wrong words, we'll call it Power Addiction.
Absolute Power corrupts Absolutely after all, and you can't tell me that Willow wasn't almost completely all powerful.
Thanks for the review.

just going to toss Willow out of the story then? Why would her hair be going black when the magic that empowered the Slayers turned it pure white?
Comments from author:
Never said I was just going to toss her out of the story completely. Willow is actually one of my favorite characters. She and the rest of the Scooby Gang are going to be going through thier own things before I have both lines meet up. This is the first chapter after all.
You're taking it on the assumption that just because she did the spell with the sycthe that all magic is good for her now, that she's no longer facing the problems that she was before. I'm taking it on the other, that once addicted, you always have the possibilty of falling back.
Thanks for your review.
