I like it, Bryce really isn't as bad as people make him out to be. I fined the show from your point of view very refreshing, with a bit of sadness, but that's the way I see Bryce too.

You definitely touched on one aspect of Bryce that does get underplayed; the fact that he usually does act with benevolent intentions. I did find that the lack of Jill being mentioned a somewhat odd omission though.

Thanks, I've been reading a lot of Chuck fiction lately and felt Bryce tending to take a lot of flack. Granted in my story he comes across as manipulative, but at least he's not a complete ass.

As for Jill, there were a couple of reasons. Jill admitted under the truth device that she never slept with Bryce and just used it as an excuse to distance Chuck since he would never confirm it with Bryce. It's conceivable that even Bryce wouldn't know the full story there. And secondly, I... well... er... I forgot about her.
