Anita Blake-type vamps are much stronger of course. Kind of like the Master-- thrall gaze, all sorts of stuff like that. And we don't even know his animal to call yet. Maybe it's bunnies! . Being able to 'thrall' vamps makes him real dangerous, ie organization--something only the Master or Angelus ever really managed. Hm, he can probably make 'his' type of vamps, but those usually take a long time to get any real power..
One shudders to think of him in a triumvirate.....
