Things are heating up now! It's so sad that Buffy is going to be torn from her new life. She seems so happy. Or at least content.

Could definitely be a version of heaven: 2 kids, husband and family, stardom, appreciation of the masses, etc...

Yay Kitty! Great book series, terrific fic. I'm still amused by Buffy Huffy.

Between Rachel Vincent, Carrie Vaughn, and Kim Harrison, there are a lot of excellent series that I wish would get more exposure in the world of fan-fiction. I mean Faythe Summers is a natural story goldmine, as is Kitty and Jenks, Ivy and the Hollows gang also.

Great chapter! I liked seeing that Buffy & Ferd had spawned...I hafta admit I was sad that Joyce didn't get the middle name spot, rather than Dawn. & I'm really enjoying Kitty. Hmm, will Buffy & Ferd ever find a way back to her home dimension? & if they do, will they stay? I look forward to finding out.

Ya know, I was dead set on Joyce for the middle name, but at the last moment I changed it.

My own opinion is that growing up in a close home, you take for granted that your mother is in your heart, but she had come to terms with a new sister and then the separation happened so it seemed to me that Dawn would be the more likely choice. Joyce was already eternally memorialized within her.

That's a very good question. Unfortunately, I will not answer it. (which is an answer in itself)
