A number of things to criticize;

1. An animal spirit has no need for human names; the hyena would probably call Xander 'pup' or something along those lines.

2. Hitsugaya makes a point of acting more mature than he actually is; even with his Vice-Captain. Which is why he ALWAYS calls her Matsumoto, and never by her given name.
