Review of chapter "Part 6: You Can't Spell "Wrong" Without "R-O-N"" from Pointer
Review:
I have always wondered why there aren't more Harrys. In the normal world, a famous person gets all kinds of kids named after him or her. Including variations on their name.

For someone as famous as the Boy Who Lived, there should be a lot of children starting two years younger than Harry with his name or a variety of it.

Just a thought.
Comments from author:
Yeah, you're probably right--I wonder why JKR didn't think of that.

Review of chapter "Part 5: The Goblin King" from Bugeyedmonster
Review:
Okay, I have one question... how would the Goblins respond to Harry?

Anyways, been enjoying these.
Comments from author:
I agree, interesting question. Maybe in the future, I'll continue this, and you can see.

Review:
This needs to be followed up on!

Why?

Because the mere thought of Harry having the Goblin King as his owl makes the prospect f dealing with Hogwarts altogether appealing!
Comments from author:
Thanks for the review, and the idea. I hadn't thought of that, and that would be very entertaining.

Review:
So Lily wished for Harry to be taken away and he DIDN'T get taken? Wtf?
Comments from author:
Yes, but Jareth didn't get there in time, and Harry was taken away and put behind wards. Jareth didn't want anyone to know he was after Harry, and since Harry hadn't been fully claimed as a subject of the Goblin Kingdom, nothing could hurt him.

Review:
Brilliant! Having just re-watched 'Labyrinth' a few months ago, this one really grabbed me - please, please say you'll be turning this into a proper fic, as there's so much potential!

I can just imagine Harry with a bodyguard of gremlins slipping through the shadows around him; whenever Draco, Crabbe or Goyle try to attack, things happen like they discover their wands are abruptly too slippery to hold, or their shoelaces are mysteriously tied together! :) Maybe Jareth's magic locates the Room of Requirement, and Harry has an unexpected tutor at nights and on weekends, teaching him Gobbledegook and the /real/ Goblin history, not just the Rebellions? Maybe Jareth begins to teach him the secrets known only to Goblin royalty, training him as Crown Prince of the Goblin Nation, and his successor? [Prods Muse frantically...]
Comments from author:
Thanks so much for your review. And while I'll say that it's going on the back burner to simmer some more plot wise, and I will probably make it longer in the future, maybe you should write your own Labyrinth crossover. You certainly have the ideas for it.

Review of chapter "Part 4: The Captain" from (Current Donor)Speakertocustomers
Review:
I don't get this one. Tarzan was only on an island in the South Pacific in one story, 'Tarzan and the Castaways', and Jane wasn't with him on that adventure. Tarzan's early jungle adventures were all in West Africa and for the later ones, after his marriage and his becoming war chief of the Waziri, his base was on an estate in East Africa. Also Jane was Jane Porter, not Jane Potter, before she married John Clayton/Earl Greystoke/Tarzan.
Comments from author:
Hi, thanks for your comments. If you can believe that Harry found out he was a wizard by people other than Hagrid, then it's not really a stretch to believe that there were some anomalies in the Tarzan universe, right?
Sounds like you really know your Tarzan, thanks for sharing!

Review:
Some very good stuff.

Re: Tarzan
If you're going by the books, Tarzan is Lord Greystoke, who speaks perfect English and French.
(His first human language was *written* English, and then *spoken* French) Tarzan spent much time in England, and The Continent.
Comments from author:
Thanks for your comments--I'm glad that you enjoyed the chapter.
Yes, the books do have him teaching himself to read and speak from books, but I refuse to believe that an abandoned baby can learn to speak from reading a book.
Anyway, it's a pretty Alternate Universe anyway, so I don't feel too bad about stealing some of the typical "Me Tarzan, You Jane" patois that is normally attributed to him.
Thanks!

Lovely. Perfect. Don't change a word of it.

Who's next, Merlin himself? Xena, Warrior Princess? Hercules? Shazam? Dr. Fate? Dr. Strange? (That'd be a good one!)
Comments from author:
Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. As for who's next, that's up to DukeBrymin.

Review of chapter "Part 3: Willy" from AngelBlack
Review:
Though in all honestly, I had no idea what you meant at the end,
Of the plot's originality flowers to you I must send!
The future!Charlie and future!plot definetely exceeded expectation
And the way you melded the two worlds was as flawless as the rows of a plantation!

My amusement pertaining to the shop owner trying
To foist off the Golden Ticket to Harry left me dying!
And I musn't forget to mention Hermione and Ginny's characterizations
So all in all, for this story to you I extend congratulations!
Comments from author:
While your thoughts on my story made me happy it's true,
I'm left in a quandary by your first sentence or two.
Did you not understand the point of the tale?
Of how Harry found out he was a magical male?

In truth, please let me know, what caused your frustration,
I dislike leaving readers in a state of discombobulation.
Regardless, my thanks for your kind compliments,
Keep watch for the next chapters, they're sure to be intense.

I really like each of the sections, but the Willy Wonka section is definitely my favourite.

It has lots of really nice bits in it, especially Harry's finding the bank note and then the ticket. (However as a brit-picking issue we've never had 2 pound notes, you might consider using a 5 pound note instead)

I look forward to reading more!
Comments from author:
Very glad you like the story--I was especially proud of the Willy Wonka part. Thanks for the brit-picking comment, and for your gentle way of presenting it.

Then what happened to old Molyshorts???
Comments from author:
Dude, you've got a spelling issue.

And you are totally missing the point. But if you really need an answer:

Previously on the Office--
Roy, thinking that Quirrelmort was hitting on Pam, attacked him. Unfortunately, Quirrel had been weakened by the possession, and succumbed. Roy is now in jail for manslaughter, and Voldemort is once again wandering around Albania.
