Hard to say, Gandalf is more willing to kill, DD on the other hand has been shown using a larger variety of spells. Therefore I say from a distance DD while at close range it would be Gandalf. Of course the two would be more likely to have word games than anything else.

LOl, I personally think Gandalf would wipe the floor with old Dumbles. But thats may be because he's my favorite and that he fought a balrog and came out on top.
