I always get a kick out of the idea that Gringotts should pay interest. Why would they? Their customers are just renting large safety deposit boxes. Your bank doesn't pay you interest on what's in your safety deposit box. If they do, please send me the name of your bank and banker. I'm serious. I want in.
I'll be happy to discuss the issue with someone if they're interested.
Meanwhile, explain certificates of deposits to the goblins...and bank loans. Ought-ta be fun.

i just found this story and have been laughing at it all morning long, with explaining it to my daughter and trying to lace in what she needs to know about maxwell smart. she wants the dvd tv series now. *laughs* this is your fault! but i hope you keep writing anyway as i really want to read this more and more! thank you!

I am glad to see someone getting interested in the classics. Hopefully she will become a writer as well, we have too few people with imagination and more are always welcome. It is those with imagination that guide the hand of the innovators to make that imagination reality.

Thank you for this chapter. I love how Harry is living up to the Marauder tradition. I love how it appears that Harry is also living up to the Smart family legacy. I wonder if Hermione will be Harry's 99 or someone else.
