Beautiful edition to this story. Love how Buffy influenced Godric to stay alive. The comparison of Buffy to a Valkary was nice as well. So I take it that Buffy was still human in this chapter, at age 40, but got changed quickly after according to your coda? I was a bit confused.
Excellent story, just loved it.

And no, the idea is that, since she's part demon, due to the "aspect of the demon" that gave her the telepathy, she also ages like a demon, which means very slowly. It's one of those things that are just assumed in my head, but I forgot to actually put it into the story.
Great chapter. You really sold the character of Godric and how everything for him has boiled down to one thing - he is old. And if there is anyone that could make an old vampire feel young again it is Buffy. A fantastic take on the whole True Blood clan, the only thing missing now is a little Sookie - how would she feel to find another telepath? Or would she even know?

I am soooo glad you decided to continue this. Godric was brilliant and so was Josie. Will we get to see more or was this the last installment. The different perspective for each chapter is refreshing. Of course, I love most everything you write:)

Godric's perspective was really complimentary and a lovely closure I think, to the other two vignettes. Berserker Eric just would so attract the almost indifferent, numb side of Godric, and I think that Buffy could be the newness that keeps them both around...or something.
I've missed your style of writing, I need to get into more fandoms so I can read more of your stories =p
Godric's mind was so heartbreakingly beautiful. Thank you for letting us see into Godric's mind. I'd been wishing that you would come back to this story and then when I saw that my wish was fulfilled, it was awesome. Of course by you writing this it just makes me want even more. I'd be interested to see Buffy and Eric through Sookie's eyes. Or maybe Eric, Buffy, Godric and Pam through her eyes.
