Umm, no offense or anything but having just seen Watchmen, I don't think it was jealousy at the end when Dan was getting pissed at Mr. Manhatten. After all Rorschach and Dan had been partners so it stands to reason that having just seen a friend get killed he'd get angry at the murderer.

Oh, i know that. I was more refering to the tension. At the end of the film things are still a bit shaky with Laurie and Dan. Dan i think ultimately has always been insecure when it comes to Laurie, and after losing his partner, the whole deal with Laurie and Jon seemed to me to only heighten this issue. But whatever. I was focusing less on the anger and more on the new life thing.
