Is this story still ongoing? It's interesting, but I'm not sure how you're going to work out all the issues with meshing the two universes. Is that why it hasn't been updated in so long?

I bet money that the Kitty Kat Killer is Dru trying to get Xander's or Kitten's lol attention either to warn him of the Terrakin in her own twisted little way or to get revenge for his slight against her "Daddy".

Love the story, and I'd love to see more of it. I am wondering how Dru gets involved though, as well as Jubilee's reaction to the supernatural, and the Order's attempt on Xander and Zabato.

while buffy and willow's reactions disgust me, they are very much in keeping with the characters.

that said, I like how the story is developing.

I have to say this story could really go places if it gets updated. While I think making Xander lose his eye to a regular vampire is both realistic (he's only human after all) and sad. But at least it gves a better reason for Buffy kicking xander out then most the over the top Buffy bashing fics give. The sparse comments about Willow and the fluke do raise some questions, my honest opinion was always it was Willow's doing but more likely acidental magic based on supressed emotions then any willing spell she might of cast. Especialy since willow herself didn't seem to catch any flack at all over the incident, her boyfriend took her back Buffy didn't so much as really glare at her.. while Xander was in the dog house by nearly everyone.

The Mutant aspect of the story is intersting.. but also very dangerous. IT's hard to put the 'ignore the supernatural and never notice vampires, demons etc' and the mutant hatred into the same setting. If people are out protesting, abusing and killing mutants who just look odd and demonic.. why would they ignore real demons? Then you also have the really dangerous problem of do the supernatural and mutants mesh? Cause tons of mutants with powers so strong it's scarry and nothing more then what ever weak morals they have holding them back from destroying the planet... add that kind of power into a newly born fledgling vampire and you can have serious problems.
