After thinking about it for a couple of minutes, Lindsey reading comics as a child really shouldn't surprise me at all, especially if he took his morality from a couple of characters I remember reading about, and even more so if he actually saw himself as the arch-enemy of Angel in the series. An arch-enemy can't be killed by a lackey, after all. XD
