I seem to recall that their cry got changed at the end of "I Will Wear Midnight." Something to the effect of: Nae King! Nae Quin! Nae Laird! Nae Master! Except for the Baron and only under certain well defined situations, We willna be fooled again!"

Sir Terry has long been a favorite of mine and the Nac Mac Feegles are creatures near and dear to my heart (but not my liquor cabinet except under special circumstances and only when supervised by the Kelda!)

Overall I like these, but I'd love to see her interact with more depth with some of the crossovers since I'm assuming some of those that helped her traveled along with her during parts of the journey and maybe provided the intro at the next stop.

The Drabble format does tend to limit how much interaction you can describe; it's challenging for just that reason, and hopefully people read more into the stories than is explicitly stated.

I love how she finds Horatio insane and Dexter compassionate.

A lot of people - myself included - think that Horatio is not at all a nice person. In the conditions of the Master's rule he'd possibly reveal his true personality. Meanwhile Dexter is a very successfully contained psychopath - he knows who he is, and has trained himself to act rationally and like a normal person, regardless of circumstances. I think he'd be better at coping with a really weird situation like this.
