"It was a weaker but longer lasting version of something called Miraclo that someone called Tyler came up within."
Good tie-in with the Hourman character.
Technically, wouldn't Xander already have dual citizenship, since both of his parents were Americans?
Edit: I was thinking about Waller's threat to have him deported.

Yes, but not all nations care about such things. Only the nations that would receive a backlash from the UN or something similar would observe those laws, not a third world nameless South American country that was amazingly corrupt even in the comics. No big country would risk war over one citizen, a dozen maybe but not one. They would just cover up the fact it happened due to embarrassment.

I just what I can when inspirations hits. A writer is a slave to their own inspiration and I have spent many nights trying to write a chapter for that story, but it just hasn't hit me yet.
