If you remember in Jus In Bello, Ruby was willing to do that to get Lilith, so I think it was within her character.

This was intended as a one-shot to satisfy the bunny driving me mad with it, but you pose some very good questions that I'll definitely keep in mind should my muse decide I need to continue it.
