Very interesting. Cloe's inadvertent comment about Willow was funny. Too bad about Buffy, as it would be funny to see how she'd react to lesbian-Willow being seen smooching with Lex.

My view of Spike is that he's a vampire with ADD, easily distracted. Remember, in his first appearance, he attacked Buffy early.

Spike needs to be smacked. Inviting Vamps to Smallville? Has someone drugged his blood?
And Chloe needs a swift kick too. You do so keep a few secrets from your friends. It's what keeps one sane... most of the time.

So Spike's plan resembles Baldrick's in more ways than one. after all the only plan of Baldrick's that ever worked and was put into use was in Blackadder goes forth if I remember correctly. And I have my money on Clark saving the day as far as Dawn and the vamp are concerned.
Good story so far and I can't wait for more.

i've got to admit a liking for this story as well.
Smallville crossover's are something that have to be done carefully or they tend to mess with established powers and weaknesses... for example I read one fic not to long ago where Willow threw a fireball at Clark. (not quite sure why, can't remember to be honest)
The fireball had absolutly no effect on him or his clothes... this is one thing that does peeve me as Clark (as all kryptonions) are as vunerable to magic as normal humans.
thankfully your fic shows that precise point, a demon scratches Clark. Amazing :) too many people accept Clark/Superman as being invunerable to anything aside from kryptonite and ignore the rest of his weaknesses.

sorry for the rant, i just wanted to get it accross that you are doing something right and i appreciate it. as i'm sure a lot of other smallville/superman fan's do.

Loving your delivery on this story. Dawn POV, reasonable AU, and as Willow paring, allowing Dawn to be a friend and not necessarily having to worry about the L word.

I really like this story. About the only nit I have to pick is that it would be nice if the information at the beginning of the story mentioned that Buffy died, tho the end of Sunnydale must have been different as Spike didn't sacrifice himself. Did Angel do it instead? Or is that how Buffy died?
Anyway, keep going with this, hopefully soon!
