Review of chapter "Tremendous Ruin" from namegoeshere
Review:
I am totallly in love with this story. I like the addition of Kitty, and how you are keeping the muli-verse from becomeing a cluster-f...udge. Hope there is more soon.

Nice to catch up with Riley's part of the story, and I'm intrigued to see what he and Noah Bennet might get up to.

Awesome interaction between Bennet and Riley. I can't wait to see how well they 'work' together. Also good for Riley trying to protect Dawn, even though he's on the wrong side, again.

Great chapter... I look forward to reading more!!

Ok, Riley isn't as lame as I though he was going to be. Glad to see that Bennett is as scary as ever. Please post another one soon.

I have to say that it's kind of uncool what you just did there. Leaving and writing nothing of your terrific story and then just showing up with a cliffhanger? Uncool dude. I hope to be seeing another chapter very soon.

I'm really liking this story so far! It's wonderfully well written and super exciting. I also love your Dawn without Buffy and the Scoobies, all on her own kicking ass. Awesome! I'm also loving the cross with Heroes.

It's an all around interesting story! I look forward to reading more!

Review of chapter "Magic To Stir Men's Blood" from (Current Donor)Shieldage
Review:
--Dawn let the energy wash over her, conscious of everything but focused on nothing. If she had been able to see herself, she would have known she was glowing slightly. She could feel everything, even the fabric of reality itself. This was a tiny taste of what it must have felt like to be the Key, before she’d been put in a mortal body.

Hey, check out 'The Doll's House' the second in the series of Neil Gaiman's Sandman graphic novels. Rose Walker is a great of example of what can go wrong when a powerful force lets down her shields and decides to 'feel' those around her.

Very glad you're posting more of this, though so sorry to hear that you're having to re-write what you'd already written and lost to a hardware failure.

Reading this chapter made me realize that I need to go back and re-read a good bit of what went before (especially now that I've recently re-watched most of "Heroes" season 3), in order to get back in the swing of things. And that's a good thing (it means I'll have somelthing to do while waiting for the next new chapter to arrive!).

Awesome story. There aren't enough Dawn-centered stories.

Review of chapter "Like An Empire" from (Current Donor)Shieldage
Review:
10. She carefully pushes her lower arm, - 'pushed'
11. He counted starts when they started to appear, - 'stars'
13. There people knew nothing of the supernatural, - 'These'

I love how you write the atmosphere of your scenes.

Oh. The eclipse set off Kitty, so it's possible she's running off the Heroes-gene rather then the X one? Huh

Not familiar with the new Season of Heroes but Dawn comes across okay. Good worst case scenario. I take it that the Slayers weren't activated en masse. Will we be hearing from the Slayer called after Faith in this story? ... Then again, no reason to bring Dawn back into that world yet, but it might make for a really cool epilogue :)
Comments from author:
I'm sort of running on the assumption that the Heroes and X-Men genes are the same thing in this story, and thank you for pointing out those errors!

I didn't connect "Kitty" to the X-Men universe until this chapter, but I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next, if that's Dawn and her companion making the ruckus outside the house.

Is this Kitty Pryde of the X-Men? Chances are good. But who is coming to the rescue; Sylar, someone working for Reble, or the X-Men? Can't wait for the next chapter.

Very nice idea bringing Kitty and associated universe into the mix. Well written so far and the change to Kitty's POV makes a nice change from the usual progression of the story. Can't wait to see where you go with this.

I'm really enjoying this story of Dawn as the survivor-turned-champion for those whom the government unfairly targets, and her adoption of Luke along the way.

Hope there'll be more soon.
