I can see that you're really anti-Angel, 'cause that guy seems a little freaky. I do like the premise of the story. Xander gets to be a non-iradiated Spiderman type person. But, being that this is Xander (my favorite BtVS character by the way), I'm assuming that this change probably comes with some negative side effect? Well Xander is usually pretty adaptable. I'm looking forward to how the story develops.

Actually, it depends on the story. This story needs Angel to be a creepy jerk, so he will. Other stories will have heroic!Angel, pitiable!Angel and maybe even secretly-Angelus!Angel. The negatives are coming - once I manage to get through teaching practice and get my head back into the story, that is - but don't expect everything to be just like it is for Peter. The spider might not be irradiated physically speaking, but meta-physically is another matter.

This is frickken beautiful. I love the dark twisted dialogue between angel and angelus, it's scary-beautiful, can't wait to see what you've got in store for our boy.
