LOL, that's great. Poor Harry with his horrid relatives, and it was a very clever way to have him interact with Hermione in unusual circumstances. The Muggle connection between the two is something you don't often see explored in fic, and it's nice to have a little bit of 'reality' so to speak, thrown in. And Dudley in braces??! Excellent.
