Gosh I love this one, even after, like, five rereads. It's everything the movie should have been, everything the Covenant should have been, and infinitely more satisfying than Chase being 'killed' and dainty little Sarah living her perfect fantasy. Not to mention the brilliance of Buffy and Belonging.

love love love! the way they all would cling to each other was a great idea, as was the thoughts put in italic at the beginning and end. also, the way u used sarah's pov at the end to to sum it up was a great way to view the family as they really are, from an outsiders point.

This story hit all kinds of huge with me. I love crossovers and Buffy and the Covenant are 2 of my favorite fandoms. I absolutely loved this story and I've already recced it on my lj if you don't mind. I think more people should read it.

Thank you so much for fixing this ending. I watched the Covenant for the first time a few weeks ago, and spent half my time screaming "What???"

I love the interactions, and the interplay between the characters, and that you give it a life and a twist all its own.
